Who we are

Cost as Code is a publication of MTO FinOps, the cloud and AI cost line of MoreThanOps. We run Savings as Code as a service on AWS: a free review of your AWS bill, then we implement the savings and you approve every change. The service lives at finops.morethanops.pro.

About the author

Edu Borrego is the founder of MoreThanOps and writes every page and post on Cost as Code. He works in DevSecOps and platform engineering from Barcelona: delivery pipelines, policy and access controls that let engineering teams ship safely and keep a record of every change. His DevOpsDays Barcelona 2026 talk is on Entitlements as Code, managing access the way teams manage code. Cost as Code applies the same habits to cloud and AI spend.
